Kick it Out Fixture
Saturday 9th February 2019
L.I.S.A was extremely proud to have hosted members of the local Lincoln Afghan community to the Imps fixture against Northampton Town. With support from LCFC and the Lincoln City Foundation our guests had a great day as we once again supported this years designated Kick it Out fixture. Supporters as much as anyone can convey the message of being against racism and welcoming all from our community to the fantastic atmosphere at Sincil Bank. In addition to hosting the families, L.I.S.A staffed a stand in the Fanzone promoting diversity in support. We were thankful for support here from Clive Nates and Roger Bates and to all the Imps who made everyone involved feel so welcome

Bradford Exchange Project
Autumn 2018
In Autumn 2018, L.I.S.A created an idea in an effort to show the positivity of football in bringing different communities together. Working closely with the Bangla Bantams Supporters Group of Bradford City and thanks to funding from the FSF the project was a great success. Members of L.I.S.A travelled to Bradford and spent the day with the ladies of the Bangla Bantams enjoying a cook and eat session and stadium tour. In a return visit to Lincolnshire members of the Bangla Bantams visited the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight, Red Arrows and enjoyed a stadium tour of Sincil Bank. As a result of the exchange friendships were made which continue today. The project was filmed and entitled "When Football Unites". We are hugely grateful to both Bradford City and Lincoln City football clubs, to the FSF Fans for Diversity fund and the support received from the BBMF and Red Arrows and hard work and hospitality of our friends the Bangla Bantams. The full length version of the film is shown below via our YouTube channel. Up the Imps

Kick it Out Fixture
Lincoln City v Wycombe Wanderers
L.I.S.A was proud to arrange on behalf of the club and with assistance from the Lincolnshire Polish Society and Imps in the Community this seasons Kick it Out fixture. In our focus on encouraging supporters from all backgrounds and funded by the FSF Fans for Diversity fund, a number of Polish families were our guests to experience Sincil Bank and the positivity of our club. Despite the game ending as a 0-0 stalemate a fantastic time was had by all and even better, our guests expressed a desire to return and join the unstoppable Lincoln Loco. Prior to kick off we staffed a small stand in the Fanzone and received an overwhelmingly positive response from fellow fans so all in all, yet another brilliant event. Thank you to everyone for their support.

Cowley v Cowley
Battle of the Imps
Cowley v Cowley - Battle of the Imps was a charity fund raising event designed and constructed by L.I.S.A with assistance from BBC Radio Lincolnshire. Held on Monday 19th March 2018 at the Engine Shed, Lincoln the event was based on the idea of Maria Horner (L.I.S.A Chair and founder) to create a charity football panel game show. Team captains Danny and Nicky Cowley were joined by Sam Habergham, Josh Vickers, Steve Thompson and Dean Walling. The show was presented by Michael Hortin (BBC Radio Lincolnshire) and Maria Horner. Danny narrowly won with a final score of 48 to 44 with lifelong Imp, Chris Ashton acting as scorer and referee. An audience of 600 attended and the unique event was widely considered to be a huge success, bringing all fan groups of the club together under one roof. Total event monies raised for the three charities namely St Barnabas Hospice, Lincs2Nepal and Imps in the Community totalled £7675.64 (split as £2558.55 per charity). Key event sponsors were Belvoir Lettings, APSS, Lindum Group, Rilmac and Running Imp. We thank them and indeed all our sponsors and volunteers for their superb efforts and support.

L.I.S.A Band Night
L.I.S.A Band Night was a sell out event held at Rustons Sports and Social Club. The evening featured local band Punch the Monkey as a room of over 120 Imps danced and celebrated the night away. Our thanks go to Bluebird Care who sponsored the event to enable us to keep ticket prices to an absolute minimum to encourage all to attend. It was another great night and proof that support of the Imps extends beyond Sincil Bank, L.I.S.A Nights we are pleased to say remain as popular and fun as ever.

Kick it Out Evening
On Thursday 22nd March 2018, L.I.S.A with assistance from LCFC and the FSF Fans for Diversity Campaign with Kick it Out hosted members of the local Eastern European community at Sincil Bank. In a project designed to encourage a greater diversity of support at the football club a total of 26 families attended (75 people), many of whom although living next door had never set foot inside the stadium before. Five families were given the opportunity to win tickets for a forthcoming fixture and of those that did not win tickets some made enquiries as to how they could buy a ticket. The event was put together by L.I.S.A alongside Imps in the Community and was also attended by Assistant Chief Constable Shaun West who provided an insight into the policing of football . In response to a questionnaire every family attending said that the event would make them more likely to attend a game in the future. Event assistance was provided by the Lincolnshire Polish Society as L.I.S.A continued its efforts in welcoming all members of the community to get behind the Imps, to come together and grow support.
