About L.I.S.A

The Lady Imps Supporters Association (L.I.S.A) was founded in March 2017 to encourage and enhance the experience of female supporters and encourage supporter diversity at Lincoln City Football Club. L.I.S.A is also a key supporter of Lincoln City Women FC. The group has an official membership scheme and is part funded by the Football Supporters Association and offers benefits to members. We are regularly involved in community projects, events and charity fundraising to use the positivity of football to benefit others.

Although L.I.S.A has a gender specific title, the group welcomes both men and women, we do not support the division or segregation of our supporters. We encourage inclusivity and diversity in the clubs fan base irrespective of gender but respect and understand that every supporter at our club has their own needs and preferences. L.I.S.A believes in encouraging more women and their families to attend games to support our club and maximise attendances. The group welcomes members who support our aims irrespective of their gender, race, religious belief, disability or sexual orientation.

The idea of L.I.S.A was born quite simply out of a love for our club. Its whole existence is about enhancing the experience of supporters, benefiting the club and assisting Lincoln City FC embrace the diverse community it is part of. L.I.S.A is proud to have been nominated for the FSF Fans for Diversity award for 3 years running in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In September 2019, L.I.S.A was declared winner of the inaugural Fans for Diversity award for League 2 (2018-2019 season). The group also actively supports the Lincoln City Foundation. This fantastic charity provides opportunities that inspire individuals and communities to improve their physical, social and mental wellbeing through active participation.
